MONROE, Oregon – Ballots can be dropped at boxes anytime before 8 p.m. on November 5, 2024. This is the best option to ensure that your ballot is received on time. Mailing your ballot too close to Election Day may be risky. For Monroe residents, the closest Ballot Drop Box is located at the Monroe Community Library, 380 N. 5th Street, Monroe, OR 97456.
